Remedial Massage
What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial massage focuses on a specific part of the body where you may have tension, lack of flexibility or lack of mobility. It aims to repair and heal damaged parts of your body, reducing pain, improving flexibility and mobility and speeding up the bodys own natural healing process.

Remedial massage targets the source of the problem and your symptoms so that you have longer lasting and improved healing.

Remedial Massage is designed to treat both deep and superficial soft tissues. To to do this a wide range of techniques are used which specifially taget problems areas:

massage to relax and warm up the area to be worked on

Myofascial Release to unwind tense and damaged soft tissue and nerves

Manual Lymphatic Drainage to remove toxins and reduce inflammation

deep tissue massage to target areas that need a little bit more help

CranioSacral Therapy to work on deep soft tissue and joints

Manual Lymphatic Drainage /  Craniosacral Therapy
