Why have a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

March 30, 2017

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle and effective treatment not just for reducing oedema and inflammation but also effective for relieving pain, reducing bruising and scarring, detoxing the body and boosting the immune system.

MLD is a gentle, flowing and rythmic massage which for most people is relaxing, due to the rythym of the massage.

What conditions can it help?

  • Inflammation, oedema, swelling, water retention, puffy skin.

  • Skin disorders, acne, problem skin, celluite, rosacea.

  • Stress, anxiety, tension.

  • Headaches, migraines, sinus congestion.

  • General tiredness, fatigue.

  • Injuries, scarring and inflammation due to sports injuries, surgery and accidents.

  • Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, chronic fatigue

Need more information?

  • Is MLD suitable for me?

  • How many treatments will I need?

  • How much does it cost?

  • Can I help myself?

Just for now, if you would like some further information, please have a look at the Manual Lymphatic Drainage page or please contact me.

I will be adding more blog posts over the next few weeks about MLD, how it works, why it helps certain conditions and ways you can improve your own lymphatic system in your own time, at home or at work.

So please come back and have a look.
