Service Description

A 120 minute appointment is suitable for new and returning clients. Great for a very relaxing time out treatment, emotional and mental issues and especially good for chronic illness and injury treatments. For Asyra Health Screen this time is suitable if there are 2 of you for an initial session. If you are on your own then a Health Screen and a full treatment. 120 minutes is a good time if you have long term chronic pain and restrictions where other areas of the body have now been affected. This longer appointment allows Dawn to work as the body dictates - maybe using a combination of techniques during the treatment such as myofascial release, CranioSacral Therapy, massage, energy work and manual lymphatic drainage to help the body to unwind as it needs. For relaxation, deeper energy work and to help with anxiety, depression the 120 minute treatment allows the body to relax fully and for various therapies to be used as the body needs.

Cancellation Policy

COVID: If you start to feel unwell; have any symptoms of COVID such as persistent cough, fever, loss of taste or smell; need to self isolate or just are not sure, please re-schedule your appointment. CANCELLATION: If you need to change or cancel your appointment I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if possible, so that your appointment time is available to be rebooked. Please let me know when you would like to re-schedule or use the online booking system. Please let me know with a short email, text or call - no explanation needed unless you have COVID symptoms or are self isolating and you have visited the clinic in the last 4 weeks. Thank you.
